Recording Methods Configuration

Supports four activation methods: key-controlled, voice-activated, pressure-controlled, and light-controlled.

Real-Time Monitoring

Allows real-time monitoring of calls without affecting conversation or recording quality.

Recording Playback

Recordings can be searched based on various criteria (e.g., date, incoming number, outgoing number, line, incoming or outgoing call, remarks, etc.) and saved as MP3 or WAV files.

Data Backup

The system features scheduled automatic backups. Users can also perform manual backups, save recordings to CDs, or send them as email attachments when needed.

Hard Drive Space Management

The system continuously monitors remaining hard drive space and calculates available recording time. If space is low, a pop-up window alerts the user. The system can also automatically free up space by reorganizing the drive based on a predefined percentage.

User Permissions

Two user roles are available: "Regular User" and "Administrator", protected by passwords. Administrator can regulate common users by adding further restrictions on which recording channel to access, limiting the authentication to listen to or save recordings, so as to enhance data security and prevent leaks

System Activity Log

Records all user activities for future auditing and tracking.

Disconnection Alerts

Provides voice notifications and pop-up alerts if a line becomes disconnected.

Compatibility

Seamlessly compatible with our SuperReception Hotline System.

Compression Modes

The system supports three compression modes: A-law, μ-law, and ADPCM. It extends recording time by up to four times compare to non-compression modes.
