If the main system fails to answer incoming call, the standby system will automatically take over the job, without staff manual shifting
Automated Call Handling
The system connects to standard telephone line ports and is compatible with various lines, including analog telephone lines, digital lines (IDAP / T1), and PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) extensions.
When a caller hangs up, the system immediately detects it and assigns the line to the next caller.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
The system contains pre-recorded voice messages. Callers simply press the corresponding buttons on their phone to obtain the information they need. While listening to the voice messages, callers can enter relevant numbers at any time to access information, saving time by skipping the system’s sequential flow.
The system supports multiple-language mode, can maximum accommodate 10 languages, including English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Also, you can choose between professional human voice-over or AI generated voice (Text-to-Speech).
If callers press an incorrect number, the system responds promptly, repeating the voice menu to allow the caller to re-enter their choice. If the caller exceeds the system-defined number of incorrect attempts, the call will be terminated.
Users can call the system anytime, edit call flow, change voicemail box setting and re-record voice prompts by entering corresponding username and password.
